Static ESC configuration snapshot for one slave, captured by configureProcessData.

Describes what the master programmed into the slave's EtherCAT Slave Controller: its address, process-data sizes, mailbox, distributed clock, and active Sync Managers and FMMUs. This is an EtherCAT-ESC concept; transports without an ESC (e.g. SPoE) report no slaves (see FieldbusDriver::busConfig).
